The rates for Hyatt Privé are usually higher than the best available rate, they are almost always equal to the standard rate provided by the hotel. Thus if you are a traveler who is looking for the lowest rate (usually non refundable and prepaid) and for whom the above mentioned benefits are of no use, then Hyatt Privé may not be the best fit for you.
How can you get a free stay at the Park Hyatt Chennai ?
I was looking for a stay at the Park Hyatt Chennai for the month of October, the lowest available rate for the 10th of October check in and 11th of October check out was Rs 4750 plus taxes which included free breakfast and a free cancellation upto 24 hrs prior to checkin.

Apart from these benefits you will be getting other Hyatt Privé benefits as well like a room upgrade and a welcome gift which the hotel choses.
